Observation: Mouse droppings observed next to plates/saucers at shelves across the cooking line
Correction: Dishwash ALL dishware there

Droppings have been removed, areas noted organized, cleaned and appears sanitized.
All Catch Pest Control came in the afternoon -work report indicates no rodents caught
Operator indicates all ware was dishwashed

All fridges at or below 4 deg C
High temperature dishwasher 79.8 deg C at plate temperature
Bleach sanitizer buckets >100ppm as per test strips
