-Front counter cooler ranged from 2C to 4C.
-Back upright coolers were at 4C.
-Front cooler was at 4C.
-Back upright freezers were at -14C and -17C.
-Temperatures are checked and recorded daily. Accurate thermometers present in cold holding units.
-High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse of 78C on the dish surface (minimum of 71C required for proper sanitizing).
-Handwash stations accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Quats sanitizer dispenser was at 200ppm.
-Sanitizer pail and trays changed every 1 to 2 hours. Sanitizer was tested at 200ppm.
-Ice machine was found to be clean and well maintained.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods stored off the floor and covered.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-Facility is serviced by a professional pest control operator. Reports indicated minor fly issues.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Washroom clean and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Staff member has FOODSAFE Level 1 equivalent training. Valid until April 07, 2022.
