Walk in cooler is maintaining foods at 4 degrees C. or colder. Walk in freezer is -18 degrees C. Beverage fridge is 2 degrees C. Liquid soap and paper towel at handsinks. Sanitizer at three compartment sink measured a 200 PPM Quat residual. Acquire a spray bottle that is labelled sanitizer for sanitizing food contact surfaces. Time temperature monitoring of pizza occurring at time of inspection. General sanitation is overall very good.
