- Main handwashing station equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels in dispenser
- Three compartment sink available for manual warewashing. Sanitizer available at 100ppm chlorine bleach concentration.
- Surface sanitizer stored in designated spray bottles at 100ppm bleach concentration.
- Dry storage area has adequate space and wire racks.
- No signs of pest activity at the time of the inspection. A third party pest control company inspects the facility regularly. Submit the latest pest control summary report to the health inspector to verify regular inspection.
- FOODSAFE trained staff on duty. Verified at the time of the inspection.
- Operating Permit posted with a valid decal.
