All fridges are maintaining foods at 4 degrees Celsius or colder. Freezer is -20 degrees Celsius. Pizzas are being time temperature monitored. Discarded after two hours. General sanitation is overall good. Do not block back handsink with equipment. Liquid soap and paper towel at sinks. Sanitizer has a 200 PPM quat residual.
