Items resolved: - Handwash station in the kitchen entrance near the ice machine provided hot and cold running water; cold water faucet repaired. ***Faucet fixture at this handwash station was slightly loose. Ensure to secure it. - Cleaning of the floors/walls was significantly improved around the dishwashing and cooking areas. ***Food debris and grease still observed on the metal shelving racks in the walk-in cooler. Please continue to clean and sanitize food storage shelving. - Front bar under compartment cooler maintained 4C and below; spillage cleaned up and leakage repaired. ***VIOLATION TICKET AH00914970 issued for non-compliance identified in previous inspection on Jan. 28, 3019; report VIPP-B8URTE.
