Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Two containers of sanitizer located near espresso machine were measured at 50 ppm quats.
Corrective Action(s): Sanitizer was changed and measured at 200 ppm quats. Ensure that sanitizer is maintained at a concentration required for effective sanitizing of food contact surfaces (e.g. 200 ppm quats).

Routine inspection conducted:

- Coolers at 4 degrees C or less
- Safeway walk in freezer in use for frozen foods. Measured at -11 degrees C at time of inspection.
- Thermometers present in cooler units
- Quaternary ammonium compounds (quats) sanitizer available in labeled spray bottle and in sanitizing compartment of three-compartment sink at 200 ppm. Test strips on site. Built in drain plugs in place for sinks.
- Hand washing station is unobstructed and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
- Food equipment (e.g. blenders, ice machine) maintained in sanitary condition
- Food is protected from contamination
- No signs of pest activity observed at time of inspection
