Follow-up inspection conducted in response to report #TCHN-C42LD8 New procedures are in place for food ingredients place on topside of prep tables. Products are normally stocked half way up the cambro. Cambros are filled only during lunch and dinner rush. As products are considered to be stored at ambient temperature, perishable products that have been at room temperature for a cumulative 4 hours or more must be discarded.
