- Handsink is maintained with hot & cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel - 100ppm chlorine sanitizer spray bottle and buckets present - Low temp dishwasher achieved >50ppm chlorine at final rinse cycle - Temperatures of refrigeration units were adequate (<4C for coolers and <-18C for freezers) - Food storage in walk-in cooler and in dry storage area is good - General sanitation is good - Pest control is in place * Ice machine requires cleaning
