Follow up inspection for Reprt 256774
- Undercounter cooler located beneath the grill has temperature of 2.6C
- Maintenance was on site at time of follow-up inspection to repair salad prep cooler. Salad prep cooler was still in midst of maintenance an hour later.

Another follow up inspection will be conducted next week to ensure the prep cooler is functioning at 4C or below.

Contact the district inspector once the prep cooler is repaired.
