Routine inspection conducted.

Findings:
- Temperature of back cooler recorded at 4C
- Front undercounter cooler, prep cooler and cream cold storage recorded below 4C.
- No hot holding conducted on site.
- Temperature logs were maintained.
- Handwash sinks available and had adequate supply of hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- 3 compartment dishwashing sink present and 200ppm QUATS solution recorded at the dispensing unit.
- Sanitizer pails were refilled with 200ppm QUATS solution during inspection.
- No signs of pest activity observed at the time of inspection.
- Permit posted at the front.
- Staff has valid FOODSAFE Level 1 (Exp Jan 25, 2029).

Overall, well maintained.
