Resolved violation:
1. Sanitation of the kitchen improved; accumulation of grease of food debris under equipment cleaned. Please ensure to continue this level of sanitation at minimum
2. All food products in all coolers at covered appropriately to protect food from contamination
3. Ice scoop stored in a separate clean container
4. Sliding glassdoor cooler had been repaired to maintain 4 C or lower
5. Floor tiles at the entrance of kitchen repaired so that it is durable and easy to clean.
6. corners around and under prep counter cutting board had been cleaned; ensure to regularly clean and sanitize the area.
