Observation: Facility was found to have fruit flies in the back storage and front areas.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure facility is maintained in a condition free of pests. Additional cleaning may be required along the walls and drains. Contact pest control operator regarding recommendations on reducing fruit flies in the facility.

Comments

-Upright coolers were both at 4C.
-Under counter coolers ranged from 0C to 4C.
-Customer area cooler was at 4C.
-Upright freezers were at -17C and -18C.
-Temperatures are checked and recorded daily.
-High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse of 72C on the dish surface on consecutive cycles (minimum of 71C required for proper sanitizing).
-Handwash stations accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Quats sanitizer dispenser was tested at 200ppm.
-Quats sanitizer pails were at 200ppm. Containers were properly labelled and changed every 2 hours.
-Coffee attachments sanitized with 200ppm Quats after each use.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection.
-Washroom clean and sanitary. Handwash station supplied with liquid hand soap and air dryer.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 valid until July 10, 2023.
