Pest proofing measures have been completed. Door leading to seating area from kitchen has door sweep installed, Receiving hallway door has a new door sweep installed and door leading to grease trap closet has a door sweep installed. Front point of sale counter entrance has a new swing gate installed that closes tightly to counter and floor. Most snap traps have been re-armed, ensure that traps that are accidently triggered by cleaning of stocking products are re-armed as soon as possible. Premise cleaning has been conducted, ensure sanitation is maintained on a daily basis to discourage pest activity.
