Observation: Two live cockroaches observed on one of the glue boards on the grease trap interceptor. Staff stated that pest control management is done through the mall. Pest control professional conducts inspections weekly.
Corrective Action(s): Replace the soiled glue board and replace with new ones. Provide the latest three months pest control summary reports to the health inspector.

Comments

- General sanitation is satisfactory.
- Front/back handwash stations supplied with hot/cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels from dispensers.
- Low temperature dishwasher dispensed 50ppm chlorine bleach concentration at the plate's level. Refill the dishwasher with clean water.
- Surface sanitizer available in designated buckets at 100ppm chlorine bleach concentration. Ensure to replace sanitizer that appear to be dirty and filled with food debris.
- Dry storage area has adequate space, shelves, cabinets. Basement storage unit has one chest freezer.
- FOODSAFE level 1 trained staff on duty. Verified at the time of the inspection.
- Valid Operating Permit posted in a conspicuous area.

Temperature control:
- All coolers < or = 4C.
- All freezers < or = -18C
- Hot warmers > 60C.
- Working thermometers inside all other coolers.
