Observation: Rodent droppings noted on floor next to beverage cooler and on bottom shelf at the front counter. It is indicated pest control company visits twice monthly, but a recent copy cannot be provided for review.
Corrective Action(s): Remove droppings, sanitize areas, and monitor.
Keep all products above ground will ease with cleaning and pest monitoring.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Seran wrap is placed on top of pizza prep coolers for pizza preparation.
