Corrective Action(s): Ensure all areas of facility are regularly cleaned and sanitized. Manager stated cleaning partners are contracted, but is not cleaning facility thoroughly.

Remind them to clean all areas including hard-to-reach areas under, behind, and around appliances and cables.

Store manager has stated they are looking into getting another fridge for the back area. Please provide an updated floor plan prior to installing.
