Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Side loading bay/ garbage access door left open and screen door propped open.
Screen door lower screen appears damaged
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all exterior doors remain closed at all times when door is not in use to prevent possible pest entry. Screen door can be used but must be in good condition and not allow pest entry.
Door shut during inspection.

1. Under prep table across from walk in cooler - dried food debris (whole rotting onion, bun, Brussels sprouts)

Corrective Action(s): Ensure the above areas are cleaned regularly and spills are cleaned up immediately after they are caused. Food debris can attract pests.

Corrective Action(s): Ensure all equipment is functioning properly and if not is properly service. Ensure all staff are aware of units out of order - place a sign.
Repair damaged cooler door.

Observation: 1.Steam / Kettle Station area has ceiling access with no cover over mixer unit. Dry-wall piece used as cover for ceiling access cover is broken in 2 pieces behind mixer unit.
2.Very dark in area around mixer unit - no light in area, poor lighting
3. Light bulb burned out above steamer unit
4. Light burned out downstairs in storage room by back of room
5. Tiles (2) broken in front deep frier - leaving large gap in hole to trap food debris and liquids.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all surfaces are smooth, durable, easy to clean and non-absorbent.
1. Install proper access panel cover in ceiling above mixer. Remove broken dry-wall pieces from kitchen
2. Install additional light in mixer area to provide adequate light for working, cleaning and pest monitoring
3. / 4. Replace burned out lights in dry storage room downstairs and above steamer unit.
5. Replace broken tiles in front of deep frier unit.
