Observation: Mildew and pink mold build-up noted inside ice machine.
Correction: -Discard ice. Clean and sanitize ice machine.
-Ensure ice machine is regularly cleaned as part of your Sanitation Plan.

Follow-up inspection conducted.

-Ice machine is cleaned. No items stored inside ice. Ice scoop is stored outside machine in clean container.
-Sanitizer solution available with wiping cloth inside. Measured at 100ppm. *Ensure food contact surfaces are sanitized every 4 hours or more frequently to minimize bacterial growth.
-Handsink was unobstructed and available for handwashing.
-No opened canned foods noted in coolers.
-Cleaning has been done underneath cooking units. *Ensure this area is regularly cleaned as part of your Sanitation Plan.
-Some mice droppings still noted under dishwashing area. *Continue to closely monitor area for pest activity. Consult pest control company as needed.
-Faucet at 2-compartment dishwashing sink and automatic paper towel dispenser have been repaired.
-Cooler units are now equipped with thermometers.
-Operator plans to enroll staff in FoodSafe Level 1 course. *Will email district inspector once certificates obtained.

-No signature obtained due to COVID-19 protocols. Report printed and reviewed with operator on-site.
