Observation: A few mice droppings noted in the cupboard beside the hand sink in the FOH, under the 2-compartment sink and beside the mop sink.

Comments

General Comments:
All coolers are below 4 degC
Freezers are below -18 degC
Dishwasher rinse temperature is at 73 degC
Temperature log's being maintained. Business is now using the Siren-sense automated temperature recording system, however, actual temperatures can't be seen on the system for days past. Ideally, actual temperatures for the coolers should be accessible at each store.
Hand wash sink is fully equipped
Public washrooms are fully equipped
Water filters were last changed in January, 2024. They're due to be changed every 4-6 months.
In-use utensils are washed/replaced every 4 hours. A timer is used for this purpose.
Staff are expected to wash hands every 30 minutes when the timer goes off. Sanitizer solutions are changed at the same time. REMEMBER TO REFRESH THE SOLUTION BY THE HANDSINK AS WELL.
200ppm Quats is being used for sanitizing.
A pest control company is on contract. Last service report reviewed.
Manager has FS level 1 or equivalent certification (Expiry April 1, 2029).
