Paper towel refilled at handwashing station outside of washroom. Cleaning at corner of dishpit is completed. Thermometer added to undercounter cooler in the kitchen. No food being cooled at time of inspection. Roast beef is a Monday's special. Soup well being used today, soup was measured at 69C. Owner's Foodsafe certificate received by e-mail.
