Observation: Drain flies and fruit flies noted predominately in these areas: under handwash station (by drive through), chemical storage room and mop sink room.
Corrective Action(s): Please conduct a deep clean in these noted areas as per comment on code 306. The buckets used to wash smothies equipment should be properly dried before stacking them and placing them in the chemical storage room. Food splash on wiring behind garbage can by handwash station also needs to be wiped off. Floor of mop sink room needs thorough cleaning. Remove unused items from premises. Contact pest control company to determine gap identified on the service report so they can be sealed. Remind staffs to empty mop bucket after use and store it upside down over sink so residue water are drained into the mop sink. Please refresh the glue strip hanging on ceiling above pop fountain station.
