Routine inspection - Hand washing station fully equipped with soap and paper towels in dispenser. Staff hand washing were observed at the time of inspection. Staff hygiene observed to be satisfactory. - Walk in cooler temperature measured at or below 4C. Food is properly labeled, covered and stored. - Walk in freezer temperature measured at or below -18C. General sanitation is satisfactory: - floor is clean and maintained. - Three-compartment sink maintained. Dishware washing observed to be satisfactory. Mop sink and cleaning supplies are clean and well maintained. - QUAT sanitizer provided measured 200-400 ppm. Ensure to fill up or change the sani bucket as needed. - Sanitizer in spray bottles available. Bottles are properly labeled. - Food stored above the floor. Shelve observed to be organized and clean. - No obvious sign of pest activity noted at this date.
