Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1) Sticky fly trap with flies on it was hanging above the food prep counter area. Do not hang this here as flies could potentially drop onto food below

Corrective Action(s): 1) Move sticky fly trap to non-food prep area
2) Ensure all foods in cooler are covered

-Handsink in kitchen equipped with liquid soap, single use paper towels, and hot/cold running water
-Dishwasher achieved 71.9 deg C on rinse cycle at dish level
All Temperatures Satisfactory:

-Prep cooler across cooking line (by rear entrance): 3.6 deg C
-Prep cooler beside handwash station in kitchen: 2.9 deg C
-Upright cooler by dish pit area: 3.9 deg C
-All Freezers at -18 deg C or less
-Hot holding inserts (across from stoves) at 60 deg C or greater
-Ice machine sanitary, scoop stored outside ice box in a metal container
-General sanitation satisfactory; no signs of pests during inspection
