Observation: 1) Observed bowls used as scoops in contact with dry food product inside the containers
2) Observed ceiling tiles that are missing above food preparation area
Corrective Action(s): 1) Corrected during inspection: The bowls were removed by staff from the observed containers
2) Ensure that food preparation area does not have any missing ceiling tiles.

Observation: 1) Large amounts of food debris and grease-build up observed under and on the walls of the cookline. The food debris is a potential pest attractant which can then lead to the contamination of food products
2) Large amount of grease-build up noted on the vents above the cookline. Last service date of vents was supposed to be on or before 08/08/2023. The grease build-up is a potential fire hazard.
Corrective Action(s): 1) Clean and sanitize all of the above-mentioned areas. Ensure to target hard-to-reach areas, if required pull out the equipment for thorough cleaning.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed the use of soiled cardboard in the facility as floor liners. Cardboard can harbor pests which can then contaminate food products.
Corrective Action(s): All observed cardboard was removed and discarded. Liners must be constructed of non-absorbent material and be easily cleanable
