Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hand sink in back area was obstructed again - used to store lids for food containers. Repeat Violation.
Corrective Action(s): As previously discussed, do not store any items in any hand washing sink. All hand sinks must be easily accessible for hand washing. Corrected at time of inspection.

Observation: Employees on-site did not have Foodsafe Level 1. Repeat Violation.
Corrective Action(s): As previously noted, at least one employee ON-SITE must have their Foodsafe Level 1 certification at all times. More staff to register for Foodsafe Level 1 course.

- Quats sanitizer solution available at 200 ppm in spray bottle and at three-compartment sink
- All coolers were measured at 4C or colder
- Freezers were measured at -18C or colder
- Accurate thermometers available
- Food storage practices satisfactory
- General sanitation is good; Equipment maintained in sanitary conditions
