Observation: The Frontier cooler was at 7.5 degrees C at the time of inspection. Note: Salted anchovy sauce (~5.6 to 6 degrees C surface temperature) was re-located to the other cooler at or below 4 degrees C.
Corrective Action(s): Do not store any potentially hazardous food inside this cooler until the above mentioned cooler is maintained at or below 4 degrees C / 40 degrees F.

315 - Refrigeration units and hot holding equipment lack accurate thermometers [s. 19(2)]
Observation: A thermometer was not present inside the Frontier cooler and the built thermometer was inaccurate as it was indicating 2 degrees C.
Corrective Action(s): Add a thermometer inside this cooler to monitor its' ambient temperature accurately and check that it is maintained at or below 4 degrees C / 40 degrees F if potentially hazardous food is to be stored inside it.

Comments

Sale of pre-packaged food only.
Other display cooler was at or below 4 degrees C and was equipped with a thermometer.
Freezer temperature was satisfactory.
All coolers and freezers will be cleaned tomorrow (to remove dust from the fan) based on the operator as they have a technician re-service them every two months.
No signs of recent pest activity.
Washroom handsink was adequately supplied with liquid soap and paper towels.
Note: Two dented cans were removed from sale section. Good. *It was reviewed that received cans that are dented, bulging, or non-intact must always be rejected or discarded.
