Hand wash station supplied with liquid soap and paper towels in dispenser at the 2-compartment sink.
Designated hand wash sink next to the fridge needs a paper towel dispenser or holder to encourage proper hand washing.
Fridge <4C.
Freezer <-18C.
Dry food storage area inside cabinets and not stored near chemicals.
Chemicals stored separately under the sink or labelled on the counter.
Chemicals under the sink - one bottle of sanitizer (pink) is not labelled, please ensure all chemicals have appropriate labels.
Sanitizer and cleaning buckets are available.
Test strips for Quats available.
Dishwasher - hot water sanitizing, >71C (74.8C).
Dishwasher supplied with detergent and rinse aid under the sink.
Kitchen is also supplied with Oxivir, 0.5% hydrogen peroxide. Procedure to rinse after spray on in place for both children's food tables and counters in the kitchen.
No hot holding at the time of inspection.
Ventilation fan, stove and grills are in clean condition.
Cabinets and surfaces are in clean condition.
No signs of pests at the time of inspection.

Please ensure you review and update your sanitation plan to include use of Oxivir. Include in this plan, any prevention measures for pest control. Updates need to be submitted to the Health Office for review.
