Routine inspection conducted.
Operator informed that she has not been taking any catering orders since 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic but she wants to maintain her Permit.

Domestic cooler was maintaining 4 degrees Celsius. Freezer was functional.
Handwashing sink equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and disposable paper towels.
Bleach is available for use.
No pest activity noted at the time of inspection.
Overall sanitation is satisfactory.

NOTE: There is some build-up of ice in the freezer. Consider running a defrost cycle or scraping off the shelves before the ice builds up further which can prevent air flow.
