-Scoopers obtained for bulk foods -handle up out of the food **place a sign in Cantonese on the wall reminding this as it is a repeating problem -Tested washer and rinse gauge was matching plate temperature -Wooden chopping block removed near back exit -hard plastic cutting board used instead -good -Floor areas under cooking line cleaned
