- Near the boiler tank in the mop room
Corrective Action(s): Ensure the above mentioned areas are cleaned and sanitized to prevent pest attraction and microbial growth.

- Both work table has been replaced with stainless steel surfaces from the wooden surfaces as requested in previous inspection report
- Hand washing station are supplied with hot/cold running water, single use paper towel, and liquid hand soap
- Wooden prep cooler 3C
- Walk in cooler 3C
- Walk in freezer -22C
- Hot holding 85C
- All cooling units are equipped with working thermometers
- Chemical dish washer had a final rinse of 100 ppm chlorine on the dish surface
- Bar glass dishwasher had a final rinse of 100 ppm chlroine on the glass surface
- Sanitizer pails had 200 ppm chlorine with wiping cloths
- Ice scoop maintained in a sanitary manner
- No sign of pests
- Health permit posted
