-Small display cooler is no longer used to hold PHFs - only water and non-PHFs
-All PHFs that used to be stored in display cooler are stored at 4 C in small beverage cooler under specialty coffee unit - no concerns with this change
-Correction Order is still in place until display cooler is replaced or repaired
-Manager mentioned some renovations in Jan 2020 which will include a replacement of the display cooler
