Routine inspection conducted:

Premise is sanitary. No signs of pests.
Hot and cold water available.
Dedicated hand sink in use with liquid soap, paper towels and hot and cold water.
Food protected from contamination.
Take out only service.
3 compartment sink in use. 200 ppm quat sanitizer.
Buckets are time stamped - good.
Ice machine is sanitary with dedicated scoop.
Staff demonstrate good personal hygiene.
Storage coolers at 4C and below.
2 stand up freezers at -19C and -18.2C.
Hot holding units at 63C and above.
Raw eggs only cooler at 3.6C - good.
All units have temperature monitoring in place.
Permit on display at front counter.
One sink dedicated as food dump sink only.

Recommendation: Ensure dishware around 3 compartment sink is stored in a manner not to obstruct access to hand sink. 3 compartment sink was not in use at the time of the inspection.

Overall, satisfactory inspection.

Ensure new staff are trained in Food Safe Level 1 if working alone.
