At the inspection dated February 16, 2024 there were 6 children and 1 staff present. At this inspection no contraventions were identified. No further action is required by the Licensee or the Licensing Officer. As part of this Routine Inspection a Facility Risk Assessment Tool is completed. This inspection and the risk assessment were written on site and reviewed with the Manager, a copy was provided via email.
The following education/recommendations were provided:
- Care plan yearly review.
- Walk in clinics can be documented if a family doctor is not available.
- Digital photos are acceptable.
- Emergency supplies replenishing and checking.
