-discussed manual dishwashing steps; staff explained correct steps in detail when asked

No signs of pest activity noted during inspection - pest control onsite monthly - no concerns noted in reports

1. 2 laminate floor tiles missing from in front of walk in freezer unit
*Repair floor to ensure it is smooth, durable and easy to clean
2. 4 plastic heat curtains for front 2 hot hold display units are damaged/tearing.
*Repair/replace curtains before they get worse
