-Fly screen in place, however, there is a gap of approximately 20 cm underneath the screen. This was discussed with the manager and alterations will be done to ensure that it fully covers the doorway.
All coolers were < 4 C.
All freezers were < -18 C.
Hot holding was > 60 C.
The dishwasher had 50 ppm chlorine.
Temperature records and dishwasher records up to date.
Pest control report reviewed during the inspection.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
