Observation: * Staff had their coffee mug on the food contact surface and this is unsanitary and unacceptable; staff reminded again to keep personal items away from food/food equipment; also, other non-food items found on food storage shelving and this can lead to cross contamination; these areas require organization; food equipment found being stored on floor(eg. potato cutter) and personal jacket and aprons found thrown on food product and hanging on shelving-- not acceptable nor sanitary
Corrective Action(s): * Ensure personal items kept away from food/food equipment areas; also for food contact surfaces/shelving ensure only food/food equipment stored on these shelves
