Follow up inspection: -Prep. cooler was at 3.8 degrees C (4 degrees C or less). -Ice scoops were stored separately from the ice bin. -Note: Head Chef mentioned that they removed saran wrap to improve air circulation inside the walk-in-cooler and aligned the curtains to seal it fully. Ambient temperature of the walk-in-cooler was at 0.9 to 1.1 degrees C at the time of inspection. Thank you!
