-Walk-in cooler was at 4C.
-Walk-in freezer was at -14C.
-Prep cooler was at 3C (top) and 4C (bottom).
-Front display cooler was at 4C.
-Beverage cooler in the customer area (dairy beverages) was at 3C.
-Upright freezer was at -18C.
-Cooling wands available on-site to rapidly cool potentially hazardous foods.
-Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in 3-compartment sink. Bleach prepared and tested at 200ppm.
-Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Bleach sanitizer pail labelled and tested at 200ppm.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods stored off the ground and protected from potential contamination.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-Facility still has minor pest activity by the upright freezer. Ensure regular cleaning and sanitizing of facility is carried out.
-Washroom clean and sanitary. Handwash station supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 valid until February 16, 2024.

COVID-19:
-Workplace COVID-19 safety plan completed.
-Facility is offering take-out services only.
-Maximum capacity of 5 posted at the front door.
-Markers are placed on the floor to promote physical distancing.
