- Handisnks are maintained with hot & cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- 200ppm QUAT sanitizer present in multiple buckets
- Temperature of all refrigeration units were adequate (<4C for coolers and <-18C for freezers)
- Internal temperature of foods on hot holding were above 60C (bacons, gravy)
- Containers storing Ingredients (vegetables) were in ice bath and kept foods at 4~5C
- Temperature log is in place; have been missing a few days lately due to broken probe thermometer, however staff resumed recording temperatures
- General sanitation is good
- No signs of pest activity noted at the time of inspection

*Observed some food debris and grime in the front cooler and in the front cabinet. Clean and sanitize the noted areas.
