Routine inspection:

Note: better job in practice of food storage. Cloth not used to cover food. Scoops and other dispensing utensils stored outside of dry products. No double stacking of food containers without proper covers. Eggs stored below vegetables and ready to eat foods.

Hand sink and 2 compartment sinks provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
Front serving area hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
100ppm bleach sanitizer solution available for use. Reminder to store wiping cloths in this solution when not in use.
Dishwasher registers 71 degrees C at the plate surface during the final rinse cycle.
Walk in cooler at 3 degrees C.
Walk in freezer at -9 degrees C. Currently in defrost cycle.
