- Although cleaning has occurred more cleaning is required. Clean areas that were presented by Health Inspector. It is expectation that facility will be cleaned in all areas and free from all food debris at next inspection. Continue to clean all areas of restaurant.
- No potentially hazardous food items found out during inspection - continue to keep all potentially hazardous food items in cooler or hot held
