Premise is sanitary. No signs of pests.
Food protected from contamination.
Containers and utensils are sanitary.
Stirring spoons are held in ice baths.
Hot and cold water available.
Hand washing sinks in use with liquid soap and paper towels.
Hot holding units at 60C and above.
Walk in freezer at -18.4C.
Note: Deli cooler top shelf at 10.2C during rush hour. Unit is able to reach 4C and below in less than 2 hours based on records.
All other coolers at 4C and below.
All units have temperature monitoring in place. One dedicated raw eggs cooler.
3 compartment sink in use. 200 ppm quat sanitizer detected.
Sani buckets are labelled and time stamped - good.

Staff demonstrate good personal hygiene and clean uniforms.
Valid Permit on display.
