Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No sanitizer solution available at the front food prepping area. Staff made up sanitizer bucket with wiping cloths at the time of inspection. This is a repeat infraction. Ensured staffs are trained for proper sanitizer use.

Observation: No staff on duty has FOODSAFE Level 1. The manager said he needs more time to have staff being trained. Ensure at least one staff on duty in every shift has FOODSAFE Level 1.

Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)]
Observation: (A) Paper towel not in the paper towel dispenser. The edge of paper towel roll on the counter is wet.
(B) Staff do food handling/prepping in the back area beside the warewashing sinks. Staff also need to wash hands between handling dirty and clean equipment during warewashing.
Correction: (A) Correction: Place a new roll of paper towel in the dispensers.
Corrected during inspection.
(B) Have paper towel and soap readily available at the warewashing sink area. This issue was noted on the previous report. A follow up inspection will be done to check for corrective action.

This inspection done by EHO student.
Follow up inspection conducted to check on outstanding items from the previous routine inspection.
-Paper towel was in the paper towel dispenser for the front handsink.
-Soap and paper towel (in holder) placed at 3-compartment sink. Ensure these are maintained/refilled as this will be a designated handwash area. Highly suggest installing wall mounted paper towel dispenser and liquid soap.
