Followup inspection to Rpt # VCHN - AV4QNZ: 3 compartment sink setup for manual warewashing. Ensure manual warewashing steps are followed. Future non compliance may result in the issuance of a violation ticket. Staff washroom hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels. Handsink in front area also provided with paper towels in tray. Permit to operate issued by Fraser Health posted in plain view of the public. Temperature monitoring records maintained and available for review. Ensure records are maintained and available for review at all times. FOODSAFE requirements met at time of inspection. Exhaust canopy professionally cleaned on January 24, 2018.
