- Food storage practices are satisfactory - No food thawing at room temperature was observed at the time of inspection - Handsink is adequately stocked and employees were observed washing hands effectively - Storage area in the hallway has been maintained in clean and sanitary condition and no pest droppings were observed. - Staff has taken refresher course in FOODSAFE. NOTE: Monitor the area for any pest activity on regular basis and ensure that necessary pest control measures are in place.
