Observation: Quats sanitizer bucket measured with a concentration of less than 50 ppm. Staff stated they were instructed to use tap cold water to fill for Quats sanitizer.
Corrective Action(s): Staff discarded the solution and refilled the buckets with 200 ppm Quats sanitizer. Clean and sanitize all food contact surfaces. For the purpose of sanitizer, ensure warm water is used for the mixing. Cold water will decrease the concentration of the sanitizer.
