Hand washing stations are fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
General sanitation is adequate.
All coolers measured at 4C or less.
Freezer measured at -18C or less.
General food storage and dry storage practice is adequate.
No sign of recent pest activity noted at this time.
2 compartment sink with drain plug available and in use.
Bleach sanitizer pails measured at 100-200 ppm as per test strips.
