Thoroughly clean all wall surfaces in the kitchen.
Thoroughly clean the counters, garnish containers in the bar.
Remove all unnecessary equipment in the restaurant, i.e., rice cooker, unused bar glass washer...etc.
Store ice cream scoops inside the chest freezer. Do not store in dirty water.
Repair ceiling light fixtures, replace the missing covers.
Change the ceiling tiles that are soiled/discolored excessively.
Organize storage.
Small flies noted in the restaurant.
