- Good improvement noted, dishwasher chlorine residue > 100 ppm , bucket of sanitizer front and back 100 ppm. Closure order is lifted subject to : - - More cleaning ( Deep cleaning ) for floor, wall and inside coolers -Increase pest control service to at least once every two weeks ( send a copy of the contract to the area inspector) -Seal any gaps and point of entry for rodent - Protect all foods ( soft packaging and open package ) and clean dishware by storing them in closed bin -Increase daily cleaning and monitor rodent activities on daily basis -Ensure to have FS trained staff on duty at all time. Please send a report every two weeks with regard to rodent activities.
